Charges batteries inside devices that are charged by USB

Charges batteries with the following specs

1) Voltage rating between 3.6v - 7.4v
2) Batteries aren't wider than 50mm (size of open charging tray)
3) Batteries are rechargeable (NiMH, NiCd, Li-ion)
4) Batteries have flat contacts (see video for example)

The charger has a USB power port that can be used to charge any device that can be charged via USB.
